Near the ocean, this little Holiday house oriented towards the south needed some refreshing and remodeling.
The existing space was confined. The new owners wanted the light to flow freely in the whole house.
The glass and steel partitions open up the space. The lower parts are opaque to build in furniture.
An oiled oak floor was put in on the 2 levels as well as on the stairs giving unity to the different rooms.
The choice of simple, raw material helps keeping the place in harmony.
